Daintree Ecolodge FAQs

Check-in prior to 2:00pm cannot be guaranteed. However, please let us know your arrival time and we will endeavour to have your room ready as soon as possible.

Check out is by 10:00am. Later check-out is possible, however it is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

After-hours check-in is available. Please call our friendly reception team on 07 4098 6100 or email reservations@daintree-ecolodge.com.au for further details regarding after-hours check-in.

The cost for a rollaway bed is AU$80 per night, which includes the additional charge for breakfast. Current price is subject to confirmation upon request. Please note that rollaway beds must be booked in advance to ensure availability.

For your stay, we can accommodate various bedding configurations. If you’re travelling with a child or a friend, we can split the room into twin beds (2 singles) to suit your needs. Please let us know your preference in advance, and we’ll make the necessary arrangements.

A porta cot for your infant is available at a cost of $50 per night (subject to confirmation upon request). Please note that it must be booked in advance to ensure availability.

Yes, you can stay with your family of four, including your infant. Our options include a room with a King bed and an additional rollaway bed. However, please note that we are unable to accommodate both a porta cot and a rollaway bed in the same room.

To pre-pay your accommodation before the 30-day payment policy, you can make payments through the guest portal. The link to the guest portal can be found in your booking confirmation.

Parking is complimentary at the lodge. Overnight car parking is only available for guests staying at the lodge.

Yes, we have an on-site swimming pool. The pool is accessible for guests from 7:00am – 10:00pm.

Dining & Bar FAQs

Our in-house restaurant offers the following service hours:

Breakfast: 7:30am – 10:00am
Lunch: 12:00pm – 2:00pm
Dinner: 5:30pm – 9:30pm (Last Reservation at 8:00pm)

Please let us know if you have any specific dining needs or if there’s anything else we can assist with.

Our in-house bar is open daily from 10:00am to 10:00pm.

We recommend pre-booking for lunch to ensure you have a table, especially during peak times. However, walk-ins are welcome based on availability.

If you have any specific dietary needs or preferences, please let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.

We do prefer to take bookings for dinner reservations to ensure that we can cater for all of our in-house guests at their preferred times. Dinner reservations can be made at check-in and when you come to the restaurant for breakfast, or before your stay via reservations@daintree-ecolodge.com.au.
