The Daintree Ecolodge is located 90 minutes north of Cairns, on one of Australia’s most spectacular drives. Departing Cairns on the Captain Cook Highway, follow the signs along the sealed coastal drive towards Port Douglas, Mossman and Daintree Village. The lodge is nestled on the southern banks of the impressive Daintree River so a ferry crossing is not required.
Self-driving is recommended, while road transfers by private vehicle can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. Please let us know if you require transfers when making a reservation.
Given our remote location, the easiest way to explore is by car – free onsite parking is available for all guests. Alternatively, if you don’t have your own vehicle there are a range of guided tours available that pick up from the Daintree Ecolodge.
